So as mentioned in a previous post due to Vox closing it's virtual doors I will now be blogging from TypePad here. As this is my first post I'm not completely sure how I feel about this site yet, but it's all in the six apart family (Livejournal, Vox, etc) so I'm expecting good things. I do have a few other blogs on Blogger, but they are on different subjects.
Anyways rambling aside. I'm still working out, the scale hasn't moved one way or another in awhile...which is at least half good. But I do need to get disciplined with myself again and stay strong.
Worked out with Stephen yesterday and today. 20 reps was the consistent point of both days, typically in sets of 3. I'll try and list as many exercises as I did, at least those I remember. So in no particular order:
Leg Press
Step Ups - 20 each leg
Leg Extensions
Lat Pull Downs
Back Extensions
Sit Ups - on decline
Push Press
Another Upper Body machine
Kettlebell swings - 35lbs - four rounds, 20 reps
Rowing Machine - 400m - four rounds
That's what I remember. ^.^ Both days started with 10-15 min on the spinning bike.
