So I could write a long post filled with excuses, the bottom line is I've gained weight. Initially it was just 5lbs, but that's grown. So I'm trying to get seriously, serious again. Here's today's workout.
Workout
1 mile - jog
Set 1 - 3x
Rowing machine - 250 meters
Glute hamstring extensions - 25 reps
Set 2 - 3x
Lat pull downs - 20 reps
Shoulder press - 20 reps
Lunges w/ weights - 20 reps
