Happy Holidays!!! I hope that this season has been great for everyone. I got back to working out today after taking two weeks off from Stephen. I kept up with a few things at home, mainly push ups, sit ups/crunches, squats. Very basic things that require nothing but the floor.
Workout 11:30am
Cardio warm up - 1 mile run for time, 12:12
Workout 1 - Running form instruction
- 100 meter sprints 6x
Workout 2 - Incline Bench Press
20lbs - 10 reps - 2 sets
40lbs - 8 rep - 2 sets
60lbs - 5 reps - 3 sets
Workout 3 - 2 rounds
Flys on cable machine - 8 reps
Dips - 20 reps
Sit ups - 20 reps
I like how you post your work out. I'd love to be able to run but my knee won't allow it.

Running is interesting. I still don't really enjoy it, but it is a great workout. If you have access to a treadmill walking on an incline is less rigorous on joints and a great workout.
But of course don't hurt yourself. :-)
I try to post my workouts all the time, lately I've been slacking/vacationing. But should get back into the swing of things. :-)
